Anaemia in patients admitted with cardiogenic shock complicating AMI - early and 2-year outcomes from the PL-ACS registry
European Heart Journal(2013)
摘要
The aim was to compare treatment and outcomes of Cardiogenic Shock (CS) AMI patients with and without anaemia (Hg <11.5 g/dL for women and <12.5 for men). Methods: We analysed 680 patients with CS and AMI from PL-ACS registry. Results: Patients with anaemia comprised 26%, were of higher risk profile and were less frequently treated invasively (table). Early and 2-year outcomes are show in the table and figure. Conclusion: AMI patients with anaemia and cardiogenic shock have very high 2-year mortality. Mortality reduction with invasive treatment is similar in patients with and without anaemia.
