Impairment of Left Ventricular Diastolic Function in Patients with Chronic Kidney Disease and Ischemic Heart Disease -Assessment by Myocardial SPECT
Journal of Cardiac Failure(2012)
Abstract
Although previous studies have indicated that left ventricular (LV) dysfunction was common in patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD), the relationships between the myocardial scintigraphic parameters and renal function have not been fully examined. We investigated the correlation between LV diastolic function by stress electrocardiographic (ECG)-gated myocardial single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) and estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) in patients with cardiovascular risk factors.
