摘要

A blunted nighttime blood pressure fall (NBPF) is considered to be a risk factor of cardiovascular events in hypertensive patients. However little is known about the circadian BP abnormalities in dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM). Therefore this study was aimed to investigate the relationship between the severity of DCM and NBPF evaluated by ambulatory BP monitoring (ABPM).
