循环流化床锅炉微流化点火技术的应用

Abstract
神华新疆米东热电厂2×300MW机组循环流化床(CFB)锅炉采用微流化方式点火,整个点火过程床温温升率一直维持在1～3℃/min之间,瞬间最高达4.6℃/min,连续给煤前床温的平均温升率约为2℃/min,温升合理、可控。点火耗油量为9.03t,远远低于试运期间的点火耗油量,也低于我国其它同级别CFB锅炉点火过程的耗油量。
