Neospora caninum tachyzoite immunome study reveals differences among three biologically different isolates

•The immunomes of three biologically different N. caninum isolates were compared.•The antigenic pattern using the same sera showed minor differences among isolates Sera origin determined the differences in the immunome among the three isolates.•Mice infected with high virulence isolates recognized the highest number of spots.•Nc-Spain 1H infected mice failed to recognize some metabolism and lytic cycle-related proteins.
