摘要
s / Drug and Alcohol Dependence 146 (2015) e118–e201 e199 Conclusions: Heavy drinking is common among primary care patients who screen positive for drug use. One or more HDD was significantly associated with fewer days use of DOMC, and a higher odds of dependence and use of u003e1 drug at follow-up. The apparent negative association between HDD and days use of DOMC could be explained by the use of u003e1 drug, or by alcohol use as a replacement. These findings suggest that assessing for heavy drinking among drug users identified by screening in primary care may yield clinically useful information. Financial support: Secondary analysis of ASPIRE trial data, funded by NIDA 1 R01 DA025068 with support from SAMHSA. http://dx.doi.org/10.1016/j.drugalcdep.2014.09.455 Sex differences in depressive-like effects of kappa opioid receptor activation in rats Jazmine Mays, Dan Puttick, Shayla Russell, Elena Chartoff Psychiatry, Harvard Medical School, Belmont, MA,
