Abstract

This paper proposes an antireflection coating for KTP crystals and a method for monitoring layer thicknesses that makes it possible to reproducibly obtain low reflectances at wavelengths of 532 and 1064 nm regardless of variations of the refractive indices of the layers during deposition.
