Mechanism of emission of blue luminescence from ArKrF* and KrN2F* excimers

摘要

The brightness of the λ = 420 nm luminescence, observed as a result of photodissociation of KrF2 was found to depend on the Ar and N2 content of the mixture. This was attributed to the formation of intermediate excimers ArKrF* and KrN2F*.
