In-flight calibration of the Dawn Framing Camera II: Flat fields and stray light correction

•This is the second paper in a series on the calibration of the Dawn Framing Camera.•Our revised flat fields and stray light correction method complete the calibration.•We also provide photometric models for the corrected images in each color filter.•Our simple method allows for the creation of near-seamless image mosaics of Vesta.•The photometric models reveal weak Vesta phase reddening.
