Dexketoprofen trometamol (DKP.TRIS) and tramadol hydrochloride (TRAM.HCl) are well known analgesics, the combination of which is based on the strong rationale of their different mechanism of actions (leading to balanced analgesia from NSAID + opioid activity) as well as different pharmacokinetics (PK) leading to the DKP.TRIS rapid onset and TRAM.HCl long lasting effect.
