Partial prostatectomy for anterior low rectal cancer: how to do it. A response to Frasson et al.

We read with great interest the article by Frasson et al. from Spain and America(1) as, over the last twenty years, we have collaborated in performing some five abdomino-perineal en bloc rectal cancer resections taking a slice of prostate with the specimen.
