摘要

•Pomalidomide both in pPCL or sPCL has not been investigated.•We report the case of a patient affected with secondary PCL.•Pomalidomide+dexamethasone shows promising results also in patients with sPCL.•The patient achieved a significant reduction of circulating plasma cells.
