熟地黄提取物制备工艺研究

Abstract
优选熟地黄提取物的大孔树脂纯化工艺.以甘露三糖质量浓度为指标,考察D-101大孔吸附树脂纯化熟地黄的吸附流量、时间和洗脱剂的种类、用量、流量等.D-101型大孔吸附树脂的最佳工艺为上样甘露三糖质量浓度161.16 ～53.72mg·g-1,吸附流量1.5 mL· min-1,吸附时间240 min,洗脱剂为纯化水,洗脱剂用量6 BV,洗脱流量1.5 BV·h-1.研究优选的工艺可以使熟地黄提取物中甘露三糖质量分数达50％以上,且中试放大效果较好.优选的工艺稳定可行.
