摘要

•Identity of 41.2% was showed between CXCL8_L1a and CXCL8_L1b.•Both CXCL8_L1a and CXCL8_L1b belonged to CXCL8_L1 group.•CXCL8_L1a was involved in anti-E. tarda immune response, and CXCL8_L1b was involved in anti-VHSV immune response.•Both CXCL8_L1a and CXCL8_L1b caused local recruitment of inflammatory cells.•CXCL8_L1b significantly induced the transcription level of IgM.
