Abstract

•The objective of this study is to develop an outpatient satisfaction questionnaire for Chinese population (Ch-OPSQ).•According to the literature research, this is the first standard general hospital OPSQ developed in China.•Ch-OPSQ was well developed with good validity, reliability and acceptability.
