摘要
•We conducted 14- and 28-day repeated dose rat micronucleus (MN) assays with MNNG.•The MNed cell frequencies were examined in the liver, bone marrow, stomach and colon.•Clearly positive results were only obtained in the glandular stomach in both studies.•The tissue specificity of MNNG was detected using the MN assay with multiple tissues.
