Abstract
采用近红外光谱分析技术,在线监测黄芩配方颗粒提取过程中黄芩苷成分的含量变化.以高效液相色谱法为参考方法,采用Kennard-Stone法(KS)划分样本集,进而比较不同预处理方法,通过组合间隔偏最小二乘法(SiPLS)对建模波段进行筛选,建立偏最小二乘模型.采用相对误差法对黄芩3次提取时段的预测集样本进行预测.结果表明应用Savitzky-Golay11点平滑(SG11点)预处理方法所建模型最好,其交叉验证均方根(RMSECV)、校正均方根误差(RMSEC)和预测均方根误差(RMSEP)分别为0.092 7,0.134 4,0.114 8,决定系数R2均大于0.99,且黄芩苷含量的平均相对误差在5%以下,说明在线近红外光谱分析技术可以应用于黄芩配方颗粒提取过程中在线监测及其质量控制.
