摘要

•NoVs were responsible for almost 50% of acute gastroenteritis outbreaks.•Twelve genotypes of NoV were characterized during the eight years study period.•This study describes the first detection of GI.1 and GII.13 and GII.15 in Brazil.•The variant Den Haag_2006b was prevalent among five GII.4 variants found.
