Abstract
水肿作为临床常见的一种病证,临床既可以通过内服药物治疗,也可以采用中药外治法治疗.近年来有关中药外治法治疗水肿的临床和基础研究开展较多.资料显示外治法方剂多以大黄、芒硝、牵牛子等泻下药,黄柏等清热药和冰片等开窍药组合为主.研究表明外治药物成分不经过门、肝系统,避免肝脏的首过效应,可使药物的有效成分迅速通过毛孔、皮肤吸收,加强消除水肿的作用,缩短疗程,减少不良反应,简便价廉.今后的临床科研中可以多发挥中药外治法对水肿的独特优势.
