•Antisecretory factor (AF) counteracts brain edema and inflammation.•Brain swelling may cause abnormal ICP waves in patients with iNPH and IIH.•We assessed whether AF normalizes abnormal ICP-waves in iNPH and IIH patients.•AF administration caused no significant changes in the ICP wave indices or ICP.
