Abstract
•We synthesized targeting ligand-modified polymeric prodrugs (TFPXPEG).•TFPXPEG showed dramatically increased solubility against aqueous solution better than free paclitaxel.•In vitro and in vivo evaluation, TFPXPEG inhibited tumor growth and enhanced therapeutic efficacy.•The synthesized TFPXPEG has potential to be used as tumor targeting polymeric prodrugs.
