Abstract
患者 男,61岁,因头痛反复发作,渐进加重2个月于2013年3月16日、院.头痛以右侧深部痛为主,间歇加重,疼痛发作时卧床,精神不振,伴右耳闷胀、听力下降,无发热、恶心、呕吐等症状.入院体格检查：心肺肝肾等脏器未见异常,右侧鼓膜浑浊,积液征阳性;右足外踝下局部红肿明显,范围约1.5 cm ×1.5 cm,皮温升高;纤维鼻咽镜检查可见右侧鼻咽部隆起,黏膜表面粗糙,右侧咽隐窝受压（图1）.既往糖尿病史8年,自服降糖药物,控制尚可.
