摘要

•We conduct a rare molecular epidemiological survey of linezolid-resistant E. faecalis in China.•We evaluate the performance of three typing methods (PFGE, MLST and DiversiLab).•We investigate the possible resistance mechanisms of linezolid-resistant E. faecalis.•A small-scale outbreak of linezolid-resistant E. faecalis have emerged in the hospital.
