Abstract
•In this study lymphatic drainage pathways from the cervix uteri were immunohistochemically analyzed.•Two lymphatics pathways were found: a supra-ureteral pathway and a dorsal pathway.•The vesico-uterine ligament, removed in Okabayashi's radical hysterectomy, did not contain lymph vessel draining from the cervix uteri.
