Abstract
溶组织内阿米巴(Entamoeba histolytica,Eh)滋养体染色标本,是人体寄生虫学实验教学中的主要内容.本室使用Eh滋养体热染标本已十余年,因时间久标本褪色,虫体结构不太清晰,整个虫体成空泡状.Eh滋养体标本来源较困难,不易搜集,也未见复染Eh滋养体的文献报道,为提高实验教学效果,重复利用标本资源,作者对90片已褪色的Eh滋养体标本复染,复染成功的为78片,成功率为70.2%,报告如下.
