摘要

•We investigated the impact of MHC variability on childhood vaccine responses.•135 healthy infants who had been immunized with HBV, PCV7, and DTaP vaccines were included in the study.•We found significant associations between MHC SNPs and variations in antibody responses.•Our study highlights the importance of MHC variability in effective immune responses.
