人鼻咽癌不同部位组织相关基因表达谱的研究

Abstract
目的筛选鼻咽癌癌变发生过程中的重要基因.方法应用显微切割和荧光标记探针基因芯片杂交技术,检测鼻咽癌、癌周组织、癌旁组织及鼻咽炎症组织的基因差异表达,扫描仪扫描荧光芯片,图象处理软件分析结果.结果在检测的3组标本中,存在大量差异表达基因,涉及基因包括信号与蛋白传递、癌基因与原癌基因、免疫相关基因、凋亡基因,以及DNA结合转录和转录因子等范围.结论鼻咽癌癌变过程中有多个多种类基因参与,说明鼻咽癌癌变过程是一个复杂、多通路的过程.
