Abstract
What's already known about this topic? Both diseases, Glanzmann's thrombasthenia and Kell isoimmunization, are well described. What does this study add? This is the first case report that describes the coexistence of fetal anemia due to Kell sensitization in the presence of a platelet dysfunction disorder. It highlights the difficulties of optimal prenatal management and the poor outcome that occurred for this fetus related to cordocentesis, for this combined set of circumstances.
