Abstract
To the Editor: We describe a rare case of Mirizzi's syndrome due to a gallstone in a low, medially inserting cystic duct remnant that joined the common bile duct at the level of the ampulla of Vater and was mistaken for a stone in the distal common bile duct.A 62-year-old male patient was referred to our hospital because of jaundice, fever, and right upper quadrant abdominal pain.
