摘要

•We show a regulation of the ATM DNA damage response pathway by sodium tungstate.•The presence of a functional MRN complex is required for this regulation to take place.•We suggest sodium tungstate inhibition of PP2A mediates ATM regulation.•We propose a new therapeutic application for sodium tungstate.
