摘要

•We generated and characterised a new set of monoclonal TH antibodies.•We developed a novel sandwich ELISA for detecting TH in cell culture and brain.•Showed excellent reproducibility and good linearity in complex brain tissue lysates.•Showed good correlation with TH Western blot and dopamine in Parkinson's disease models.•TH ELISA lysate is compatible with α-synuclein ELISA which could support multiplexing.
