Abstract
通过居家饮水中提取的有机浓缩物亚急性染毒小鼠后,在动物肝、肾、肠组织观察到显微病理及超微病理学变化;各实验组小鼠胸骨骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核率高于阴性对照组.用PCR-SSCP方法可检出高剂量组肝、肾、肠组织DNA p53基因点突变,尤以第7外显子突变频率较高.提示用分子生物学技术研究饮水有机致突物在实验小鼠体内遗传毒性机制的可行性.
