Classification and Protection of Peritumoral Draining Veins of Parasagittal and Falcine Meningiomas

•Meningiomas account for 15%–20% of all primary intracranial tumors.•A total of 20%–30% of these cases are located at venous sinuses.•Venous drainage and collateral circulation are important.•Damage to the draining veins may cause severe consequences.•Draining veins type and management of meningiomas can provide guidance for treatment.
