Abstract
患者女,60岁.因右耳问断性流血水伴听力下降及进行性耳痛2个月于2006年3月10日入院.既往无耳流脓史及家族史.体格检查:体温37.1℃,外耳道深部有黑色新生物,鼓膜标志不清,颈浅淋巴结及全身其他部位淋巴结未触及.CT示颞骨占位性病变,颞骨部分骨质破坏.MRI示病变为长T1、长T2信号,向上累及中颅底硬脑膜.术前于外耳道取新牛物活组织检查,病理报告为:恶性黑色素瘤.
