血管平滑肌细胞(VSMCs)增殖的首要条件是表型的转化[1].在体条件下,惟一表达于VSMCs的GATA家族因子--GATA-6基因已被报道与VSMCs的表型转换相关.他汀类药物因具有干预血管重构作用而被认为极有临床应用前景,其作用机制复杂.
