Detection technology for Cr(VI) and Cr(III)

The separation and enrichment methods (ion exchange, adsorption, extraction, precipitation, electrochemical method, etc.) and detection methods (spectrophotometry, atomic absorption spectrometry, inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry / mass spectrometry etc.) of Cr(VI) and Cr(III) in the solution were summarized and compared. The future trend is also prospected.
