Abstract
高血压是可造成包括耳蜗功能损害在内的多器官功能损害的常见病、多发病,是众多疾病的重要危险因子.目前对高血压内耳相关研究的报道较少,我们于2000年9月至2001年4月通过观察自发性高血压大鼠(spontaneously hypertension rat stroke-prone,SHR-SP)和Wistar大鼠在耳蜗血管显微和超微结构上的差异,探讨高血压对耳蜗听功能的影响.
