对委陵菜的化学成分进行研究,从中得到5个单体,根据波谱数据和理化性质鉴定为:2α-羟基乌苏酸(Ⅰ)、2α-羟基齐墩果酸(Ⅱ)、5,7,4'-三羟基黄酮(Ⅲ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅳ)、胡罗卜苷(Ⅴ),均为首次从该植物中分离得到.
