Abstract
脑性瘫痪(脑瘫)是一种脑损伤综合征,除以运动障碍为主外,癫癎是其常见的合并损伤,发生率明显高于普通人群,为15%～60%[1].脑瘫患儿合并癫癎导致脑损伤的进一步加重.正确认识脑瘫合并癫癎的临床,及时正确诊断和治疗,将有利于改善脑瘫的预后,对康复起着积极作用.本文总结脑瘫及其合并癫癎的临床资料进行分析,以发现其临床特点.
