摘要
This paper proposes a simple method that can detect the influence of homogeneous controllable stress at regular vibration cycle by nanostructure on rabbit articular chondrocyte primary cells which were cultured in PDMS (Polydimethylsiloxane) chips. In order to screen the most sensitive parameters of stress and cycling, the uniform spreaded cells were cultured on the chip and underwent different stress and cycling conditions. Finally, it was found that 3% strains and the frequency at 0.75Hz continuously stretching of 2 hours for two days through PDMS nanostructure was most helpful for bone cells growth.
