Abstract
This paper presents the results of studying the properties of a new class of nanostructured coatings obtained by the implantation with nitrogen ions in TiNi with a shape memory effect (SME). A comprehensive study of the mechanical and tribological properties showed a improvement in physical and mechanical properties of the material: superelasticity, microhardness, resistance to wear. The possibility of EPF successful application in various branches of engineering.
