Abstract
In the continuous annealing process, strip tension is one of the important factors that can affect the quality and product of the strip. Bridle roll is the important equipment in the continuous annealing line, whose main function is to divide the line into several sections according to the difference of the strip tension, and control the strip tension. The dynamical mechanism model of the strip tension in bridle roll is proposed in this paper. Based-on the proposed model of the strip tension, we developed the model simulation program. Based-on the control method and system in the actual field, we also developed the control simulation program. By using the integration of the model and control simulation program, we can obtain the closed-loop control simulation software of the strip tension. At last, simulation experiment is implemented to approve the effectiveness of the model and the closed-loop control simulation software of the strip tension.
