摘要

•A 90-day toxicity study of molybdenum was carried out in rats at dose levels of 0, 5, 17 or 60mgMo/kgbw/day in the diet.•The overall NOAEL was 17mgMo/kgbw/day based on body weight depression and renal changes at 60mgMo/kgbw/day.•No effects were seen on testicular histology, sperm parameters or oestrous cycles at any dose.
