Abstract

•Neonatal piglets were administered diets containing up to 2000 mg/L of 2′-fucosyllactose for 21 days.•Calculated consumption corresponded to a dose of approximately 300 mg/kg.•No test article-related effects on any of the endpoints examined.•2′-fucosyllactose produced no adverse effects at concentrations up to 2000 mg/L.
