p66Shc基因作为新发现的长寿基因在人类衰老及生命过程中影响着人类健康.p66Shc基因编码的是磷酸化酪氨酸信号适配蛋白,敲除p66Shc基因的小鼠寿命可延长30％.p66Shc基因是活性氧族水平及与年龄相关的器官功能失调的重要调节因子.目前氧化应激过程参与人类疾病(高血脂、糖尿病、心血管疾病等)的发生发展过程已得到广泛认可.因此对于p66Shc基因的深入研究,可研制出相关靶向治疗药物,阻止或治愈与年龄相关疾病的发生.
