We demonstrate CdSxSe1-x nanowire growth with x changing from 0 to 1 continuously within 1-cm substrate corresponding to 200-nm wavelength variation on a single substrate, providing novel full-spectrum materials for high-efficiency solar cell applications. © 2008 OSA.
