天花粉蛋白抗小鼠H22肿瘤作用的研究

Abstract
对天花粉蛋白注射液(TCS)抗BALB/c小鼠体内H22肿瘤的作用进行了初步研究.建立移植型H22肝癌小鼠模型,腹腔注射TCS治疗,检测抑瘤率、皮内肿瘤微血管新生等指标,并通过细胞流式分析和体外鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜(CAM)实验对其抗肿瘤作用机制进行探讨.结果显示,TCS治疗组实体瘤重与皮内肿瘤微血管新生数都明显小于模型对照组(P＜0.01).证明TCS通过抑制血管生长表现出一定的抗小鼠体内H22肿瘤生长的作用.
