睾丸鞘膜移植治疗阴茎Peyronies病(附4例报告)

Abstract
目的 探讨睾丸鞘膜移植治疗严重的阴茎Peyronies病的临床疗效及术后对性功能的影响.方法 回顾性分析2007年6月至2009年4月4例严重阴茎Peyronies病患者的临床资料,均经药物保守治疗12个月以上无效,阴茎勃起后弯曲畸形,而行阴茎硬结切除自体睾丸鞘膜移植修补缺损治疗.结果 所有患者均得到半年以上的随访,患者术后阴茎均能恢复正常勃起,无勃起疼痛感,能进行满意的性生活,无手术侧睾丸萎缩、扭转或坏死.结论 睾丸鞘膜移植术治疗阴茎Peyronies病造成的阴茎勃起畸形是一种安全、简便、经济和有效的手术方式.
