影响分化型甲状腺癌术后131I治疗疗效的因素

Abstract
目的 分析分化型甲状腺癌(DTC)术后影响131I治疗疗效的因素.方法 对54例确诊为DTC的患者行外科手术及清甲治疗后给予相应剂量的131I治疗,随访6个月,对年龄、性别、病理分型、转移情况、治疗前Tg和TSH水平6个因素进行回归分析,评价疗效及影响因素.结果 年龄、病理分型、转移情况、治疗前Tg水平与疗效有相关关系;剔除年龄和病理分型因素后,转移情况、治疗前Tg水平是影响疗效的确切因素.结论 131I治疗术后DTC疗效较好.转移情况、治疗前Tg水平是影响疗效的确切因素.
