研究了两种材料制作的除气板,分析了有机添加物含量和工艺参数对除气板透气性的影响,分析了特制石墨除气板的气泡分布状态,并通过水模拟试验对工艺参数进行了优化.结果表明,两种除气板产生的气泡细小、均匀,数量适中,经对铝液的实际除气处理,ZLIOIA合金液的密度大于2.62g/cm3,针孔度等级小于二级.
